Shaun Marso is a Co-Founder of ENC Protection Group with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Shaun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and also holds a Security Guard and Patrol and Private Investigation License in the state of North Carolina. Shaun is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators and has served as a Board member for the NCAPI in the capacity of Vice President since 2018 as well as Chairman of the Legal and Legislative Committee.

Brandon Smith, a seasoned professional in the security industry since 2007, embarked on his journey by studying Safety and Security Concepts with a focus on Loss Prevention, personal, and property protection. Currently working towards ASIS PSP and CPP Certifications, Brandon is not only dedicated to continuous improvement but is also a passionate security trainer. His expertise spans Firearms Training, Camera and Access Control systems, First Aid, Private Investigations, and Hostile Work Mitigations. Is your company licensed? Are your employees trained and insured?

Yes, we hold licenses for Private Investigation, Security Guard and Patrol, and Executive Protection services in North Carolina, issued by the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board (NC PPSB). Our employees undergo State and Federal background checks and receive extensive mandated training. Moreover, they are stationed with corporate liability, automobile, and workers' compensation insurance policies, surpassing all state requirements for client protection.

Will your Security Officers be uniformed?

Absolutely. Our security officers are outfitted in either Class “A” or Class “B” uniforms, clearly denoting their role as security personnel. They carry state-issued identification cards, company-issued IDs, and some patrol in marked security vehicles. We prioritize visible presence to deter potential threats effectively.

What is Executive Protection? Is this just a Bodyguard?

Executive Protection, also known as Close Personal Protection, goes beyond traditional bodyguarding.
